Customer service is Not something they seem to care about at Leserra's. On Saturday early afternoon I bought some plants for my home, and when I went home realized I needed two more plants to finish the job I dashed up to the nursery that closed at 5pm, arrived at 4.57pm almost running in to just grab the 2 plants and pay. I was curtly told by 2 persons who appeared to be the manager and supervisor that "I was too late" and the "cashier was already closed", despite it Not yet being 5pm. The strange thing is that a week ago I had purchased several hundred dollars of plants there, and even though I found the quality of the plants to be good the attitude of the staff is really poor, and I will Never Spend another dollar at this place. I have just searched this morning and found another nursery a little further from home that seems to value my business.
