I placed an order with Blue Moon Tropicals on June 22, 2026 and did not receive any communication for an extended period. I attempted to contact them multiple times, including a PayPal message and a phone call where I left a voicemail requesting an update. After that, the order was canceled without explanation, and I only received the cancellation notice on July 2, 2026. What was most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer courtesy. Two of the three plants I ordered were still listed as available, yet there was no offer to fulfill the partial order or provide clarification. While the business is active with social media promotions, word of mouth is the most powerful form of promotion, and it depends entirely on how customers are treated. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and responsiveness expected from an online store.

Owner was very rude on her streams. Bought a syngonium from here and found a mealybug on it when I brought it back home. Wouldn't bother giving my business here again.
This place is a plant lovers Disney World. They have so many stunning species and COLORS I've never seen before! I'm just an over-enthusiastic hobbyist. So when reading the price tag of some of the showstopper hybrids I definitely clutched my pearls. That being said they had PLENTY of gorgeous unique options for us budget watchers. From hobbiest to rare specimen collector this place is worth marking on your calendar every season to stop by!
Ordered online and very happy with my order! Can combine multiple orders in one box and all my plants are healthy and happy! My hoya noona even came with flowers!!
Incredibly rude owner (to both her employees AND buyers) who belittles potential customers and cancels orders for absolutely no reason. Many buyers on PalmStreet across multiple live streams have commented on her poor character and ignorant comments. Mentioned previously that she was banned from buying from Harmony, who is a wonderful plant wholesaler. I wonder why?! Take your money elsewhere where you will be respected and your business will be appreciated.
