I usually have an okay experience here, but today's visit was very frustrating. I rushed from work and drove here because your posted closing time is 6:00 PM. I arrived with about more than 20 minutes left before closing, and as soon as I got out of my car, multiple employees told me they were closed. I even said, "I just need one thing, and I know exactly where it is. Is that okay?" He didn't answer my question, he just walked away. Meanwhile, there were still customers inside shopping. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. If you stop allowing customers in before the posted closing time, that should be clearly stated. Otherwise, your business hours should reflect when you actually stop admitting customers. That experience was disappointing and could have been handled much more professionally.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here since my dad was alive, and it has always been one of my favorite spots. They have everything I need, and my favorite part is that they carry a great selection of plants. I recently bought a soursop tree at an amazing price, and I love using it to make my teas. Everyone here is always friendly, helpful, and willing to lend a helping hand. Great products, great service, and a place I’ll continue to support!
