This is the best place, hands down, to get plants and trees. The staff is outstanding, pricing is great, it's so organized by sun tolerance etc, and the inventory is amazing. Skip the big box stores!

The selection and pricing here can’t be beat. An enormous amount of plants and trees, many that no one else locally carries. The trade off is that not everything is marked (most stuff isn’t), and don’t expect someone to walk by and ask if you need any help. Also a bit annoying to find someone willing to take your money when you want to check out. Worth the trade off for the selection though.

The owners and staff are raising their voice at me and threatening to call the police on me for no reason and raising their voices and their faces are exaggerated and using violent body gestures. I asked for a refund for ez rail and salt and pepper rocks and they didn’t find it on the receipt and they didn’t even try but they threatened to call police and embarrassed themselves in front of their patrons and will not refund me and didn’t even give me my contractor discount. Im waiting on the police now because once they threatened to call the police I called them first. This company is not well. I even heard the staff speak to the owner don’t talk to him he’s already leaving. They didn’t even try to refund or give discount or try to remain calm. Unwell Treemart

As a retired disabled veteran and small business owner, I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand the impact they can have on a business. However, my recent experience warrants sharing so that other customers can make informed decisions. I was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and return policy at Treemart Nursery in Land O Lakes, FL. Under its previous ownership, I had been a customer for several years and always found the nursery to take pride in customer service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during my most recent visit. On May 29, 2026, I placed an order for 31 plants for pickup. After bringing the plants home, my wife noticed that one of the Red Banana plants was damaged and appeared unhealthy. The following day, I returned to the nursery to request an exchange, believing it would be a straightforward matter given how quickly the issue had been identified. Instead, my request was denied. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that during my conversation with a staff member, Kori, she acknowledged that she had noticed one of the banana plants was substandard before leaving work on Friday and had informed a coworker that it should be replaced with a healthier plant prior to my pickup. Despite this admission, the nursery refused to replace the plant and instead attributed the condition to wind damage sustained during transport. I found it remarkable that the alleged wind damage was readily cited as the cause, while the plant’s condition before it left the nursery was seemingly disregarded. Based on Kori’s own statement, there was prior awareness that the plant should have been replaced before it was provided to me. This response conveyed a troubling lack of accountability and suggested that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The experience was made even more disappointing by the conduct of another employee, Lili. While I was speaking with Kori on the phone regarding my order, and within my hearing, Lili referred to me by saying, “the dude is here now.” As a 65-year-old customer, I found the comment unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. Regardless of age, customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism. A reputable nursery should stand behind the quality of the products it sells and take reasonable steps to address legitimate concerns when they arise. Equally important is treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, my experience fell short on both counts. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Treemart Nursery and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope management reviews both its customer service practices and its approach to product quality concerns so that future customers do not encounter similar issues.

We had some emergency landscaping work that needed to be done. Treemart was our third stop. The previous two stops had nonexistent customer service. Not So at Treemart. Junior asked me if I needed help as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. He stayed with us the entire time to help. He assisted other customers and came back repeatedly. When we asked questions that he did not know the answer to, he asked and found out. He helped us the entire way, including check out and loading. The facility was huge, the selection was great, the customer service was top-notch, and now our garden looks great. I will go back without hesitation.
