As a landscaper I’ve Been doing business with this nursery for 3+ years and today when i go to buy a few plants they tell me that theres a $150 minimum. Ive never had an issue with this before even though they’re telling me it’s always been their policy. She says she’ll make an acception this one time and as she rings me up they now tell me i have 2 oustanding invoices one from last year and one from 2016! 3 years ago! I tell them ive been there since then and they never told me about anything to which they had no reasonable explanation as to why they never before told me about these invoices. Every time i go here theres new employees in the office yet they act as if they are incapable of making a mistake. Be careful doing business here and make sure u keep track of all purchases EVEN FROM 3 YEARS AGO.
