I wanted to buy a gift for some friends in Texas after we’d spent a wonderful few days together in Spain, so I was looking for a plant that would remind them of our time together. As I was organising everything from the UK, I wasn’t sure what would be suitable, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The team gave me great advice on which plant to choose, how it would cope with the Texas climate, and how best to care for it. They really went above and beyond. The plant was dispatched the very same day and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!

BUYER BEWARE! I received a black olive tree plant from my daughter for Mother’s Day ( although the order was LATE, I received it after ). I LOVE OLIVE TREES , I was excited. I opened the box and the tree was broken and dead. I have been trying for months to  see if someone can help me , I called several times and the phone would just ring or it would say that a customer rep will be right with you and just hang up, this happened several times. I have emailed and also did a chat .. I received a response to forward a picture and I did , and no one ever responded. I finally got through TODAY 7.7.26 and  was speaking to a girl named Paula, she was rude and did not hear me out and just put me on hold .paulas customer service explained how the company does business. I have been put on hold for over 35 mins today . This is sad and terrible customer service!

The plants arrived almost dead. I quickly transplanted them, gave them tropical plant food, and watered them. Two of the three plants did not make it. I reached out to Eureka Farms to let them know of the issue to which they agreed to send me replacement plants for a $30 shipping charge. I’ve already paid a shipping charge with the expectation of receiving healthy plants. Never ordering from them again

We had a wonderful experience with this farm. I live in Az and ordered a mule palm tree. Mule Palms are very hearty trees, which is why in AZ they are difficult to get without paying through the roof. They are in high demand. I found Eureka Farms online and they sent the plant across the country. I was very nervous. It came in a box and was still alive. What’s even more shocking- I was unable to plant it for a week and it still thrived. We kept it watered until we were able to plant it about 2 months ago. It’s still going strong in Az heat. Further proof how sturdy these plants are! Thankyou Eureka for sending my palm to me! 🙏❤️

We ordered on Sunday and just got delivered early on Tuesday, my topiary 3 ball tree is beautiful, arrived perfectly and I can’t wait to plant it. Thank you.!!
