I am very disappointed in this company. I love plants and I’m very successful with my collection. I was gifted a lemon tree from this nursery. I followed the instruction but after approximately 10 months it showed signs of distress. I used a plant application to help with the process. Finally the plant died. My gifter suggested I reach out to the seller before disposing of it. Upon reaching out the nursery wanted picture which obviously were of a dry dead plant. A nursery representative stop communicating with me via messenger. I finally sent an email, and received a very disappointing response. The representative responded that plants are health once they leave them and that they are not responsible beyond that point along with instructions on caring for the plant. I have purchased plants and shrubs from other nursery that have their warranty posted. I would not recommend buying from this nursery, especially if your local nursery warranty their products. These plants are not cheap and the service and responsibility are unexceptionable. THIS WAS THEIR RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL: We are a wholesale nursery and all plants are alive and well when purchased by our customers. We have no guarantee on plants once they have left our facility. Good afternoon, I hope this helps drivers who come to collect this type of cargo from this client. The broker, in my case TQL, tells you the details of the load little by little. When you get here, you find that the plants are loaded on the floor of the trailer, and the driver, in addition to having to move the load to the door, has to place each plant on a pallet first. They don't specify this when they give you the load. They just tell you that you have to move the load to the door. Otherwise, I had no problems with the client. They started loading quickly, so much so that when I went to look to cancel the load, seeing the situation, the trailer was already half full and I had no choice but to load it.
