**another update** Adding one more update. Kathleen from customer service really has been excellent after the last two orders being the wrong plants. I Tried one more time since I wanted a Bird of Prey begonia. I ask her to please ensure the correct plants goes out and this time I absolutely did get the correct plant! And its gorgeous. One of the three stems wasnt really rooted but that didnt matter to me these things can grow just fine like that. **update** they did promptly issue the refund which was nice. However I did really want that midnight madness. Absolutely outraged. Twice in a row they’ve sent me completely wrong plants. The first time etsy stepped in and i got a refund but this last order got directly from their website i paid $35 for a 4 inch plant because I wanted that specific plant and they sent me cheaper plants that look nothing like it! What is going on here?!!
Wow!! Just wanted to share that this place is magical! I was greeted right away by Daniel, the owner. He was very kind, passionate, and took the time to give me a whole nursery tour. He was extremely professional and friendly. I know as business owner we have lots on our to-do list to tackle but I did not feel rushed one bit. I appreciated his genuine kindness and passion for foliage. He offered his insights on expansion many times which you don’t come across often. It made my day to explore this gem. And it also makes me happy to see Daniel, a young business owner, thrive at his passion! Looking forward to doing more business together 🫱🏼🫲🏽
