Used this nursery for two decades. Went a week ago and an inexperienced operator smashed my trailer while loading material. They offered $10 compensation. They have never been able to hold down management and will never see my dollar again.

It seems like the person answering the phone doesn’t know much about what’s going on there. I had multiple conversations with them talking about pricing on a small delivery going between 2 or 3 yards of stone. When I finally said let’s do it, they said they can’t because there is a 5 yard minimum on deliveries.

The Best Reason for this Review Is what I think all Businesses need to know “ it’s absolutely about Customer Satisfaction and Service!!! Jane and her team are all on board with Helping their customers find exactly what they’re looking for! Her experience with her expertise and troubleshooting is something she should be proud of! Her kindness and understanding shows dedication and commitment as well ❤️ I have returned and will continue to support her company as I have given her name to my friends and neighbors ❤️ Everyone in business should learn from someone like her 👍 Well I did return ,and this time I met with Beautiful Amy' I had more Landscaping done in my front yard, we had 4 very tall washingtonia palms dug out and removed, the hard working dedicated crew were here for 8 hours and were amazing!!! So knowledgeable and professional. They went over and above my expectations from irrigation to sewer to cleanup. Truly Amazing!!! Happy once again!!!

I've been coming here for years, but I no longer see any familiar faces when I visit nowadays. The new woman in the office doesn't seem to know much. There was nobody outside to help me find plants. Friends of mine in the area have told me they had similar experiences. it's a shame, this used to be one of my favorite places to shop but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. You shouldn't fix what ain't broke.
