UPDATE - The palm has really filled out the past year and looks so great! It's ready for a trim. Thanks again, Iguana Palms! This winter we got this beautiful sylvester palm from Iguana Palms. It adds a lot of needed character to our yard. The palm is doing great despite the cold, dry season and I can’t wait for the summer to see its full growth! The staff was friendly and efficient while installing and answered all our questions. Thanks again!
My experience with Iguana Palms was High level Impressive...Extremely informative with digital pictures of what it would look like in my chosen spot for chosen palms...Very prompt with all my questions per texting and it ended up being exactly what we wanted filling in 2 corners of our back yard.We went with the "Pygmy Palms" Great Quality and very healthy...You won't regret hiring them..5 stars and then some👌
Though the Sylvester Palm was beautiful prior to their installation less than a year ago, it was planted crooked. After many documented attempts, forwarded requested photos and my follow up attempts before the warranty period expires there has been zero return communications, customer service or follow through on promises made. Another recent attempt was made to communicate through their website (since they haven’t return my calls or followed through on any past promises) the Palm now appears to be dying and is still crooked. After a week of waiting for any type of response the results are the same…crickets.
We just got a pindo palm tree delivered and installed from Iguana Palms. From the beginning all of our questions were answered and the tree is absolutely gorgeous. The diamond cutting that they do certainly enhances the apperance of the palm. We are very satisfied and will certainly recommend their product & services.
