I have seen the sign out front where it clearly states Everything is 50% off. I have stopped and looked around your huge collection of everything and everything. There's been two times I was interested in buying something. There is an older man there, minding the place-not knowing who he is or his title. He has not been friendly or hospitable when I've asked twice about an item. He told me those items are NOT included in the 50% off. Your signs, out front, clearly state everything is 50% off. He insists there's ONLY certain items...large furniture, which is the 50 % off. This is clearly false advertisement and deceiving. I clearly saw how there's massive old stuff piled high, rusting and rotting out. It's clear to me, it appears he's NOT honestly interested in selling anything. The first time, I inquired about a pile of bricks, out front. He told me they are not for sale (?). He stated they are saved for a certain person who comes and gets them for repairs at condos and such. There's still a pile of bricks there. Just yesterday, I stopped in, looked for a certain item that would work in my kitchen...a little side table. Again, HE told me it was NOT included in the 50% off....just the large furniture. I looked at the signs out front, again, went back in and told him the signs say Entire Store. He didn't care, stating there were exceptional...certain items only. He did NOT point out, show me ANY "Exceptions" posting...the limitations he said. IF this man is the owner, that's HIS prerogative. IF NOT, he's lost me as customer...not that it matters, seeing he didn't really care. I still make a point of voicing BAD business. I believe I will NOT be returning. It doesn't matter. Thank you.

We dropped by to get some fruit trees. They have a very nice collection and a lot of knowledge about what works for your location. They helped us pick out an avocado, mango, everberry, mulberry and a kumquat. They helped us load everything up and after 3 weeks they seem to be doing very well in their new location. They are strong and some that are big enough, are bearing fruits. New leaves and blossoms popping up, I’d definitely recommend going here if you need fruit trees for our area.

I rarely write reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due. After calling around the Ormond beach area to get my dad some fruit trees for his upcoming birthday to plant in his yard. I live in NY so wasn't familiar with the area nurseries. After 3 phone calls to other local nurseries I called La Roche and spoke to a very nice man named Chris. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested a Meyers lemon tree and a Tangelo tree. I also needed delivery to my parents home. Chris asked when do you need them there? I said by Monday as that's my dads birthday. Chris said I can get them delivered today which was the Friday prior. I just want to say Thank you for help in selecting the trees as well as the prompt delivery and great customer service.

Awesome place, the owner is an incredible guy. You can just tell by talking to him he has a very kind soul, all sorts of gems and beautiful pieces that you won't find online or at any other store. Highly recommend

We stopped in because we're shopping for patio furniture. ALL their patio furniture is OUTSIDE and NOT protected from FL sun and/or rain. Many pieces showed rust, dirt, and mold growing on the fabric. And the prices were WAY more than we'd ever pay for USED furniture! Some sets were priced at what we'd expect to pay for brand new sets. I wish we had taken some photos to share. The 2 men inside seemed nice enough.
