We've shopped at One Stop Garden Shop for years, even before it was Art By Nature, and we also love the location out West. As regular customers who have spent a significant amount there, my husband and I were ready to purchase four trees, and they were all in the truck, ready to go. There was one tree with a mislabeled price—$89.99 according to the tag—but the cashier insisted it was ringing up at $149.99 and refused to honor the listed price. The small price difference isn't the issue; it's the principle. They chose not to honor the displayed price, losing the opportunity to sell us four trees and maintain our loyalty. We'll now be going to Meyers, which is nearby. This decision isn't about the staff who help load the flowers, plants, and trees—they are always helpful and kind—but about the higher management's decision to disregard the listed price. It is very unfortunate; however, it is all good because there are plenty of wonderful options in the area.

Was there today, Sign in front of plant showed plant was $44.99. But at the register they charged $59.56. When I asked why the price was higher, they said they didn't update the price on the sign yet. Personally, I don't think they should have charge the $59.56. So PLEASE note if you are buying from them, the price on the sign in front of the plant can be wrong and higher.
