We recently hired Jayme and Spencer to design, build and plant our landscape for the front and back yard pool area. They both did a fantastic job from start to finish and we are very satisfied with how it turned out. Highly recommend their team!!
I had a frustrating experience with this nursery. I worked with Spencer and specifically asked for photos of the exact trees before agreeing to purchase. He sent me an image of full, healthy trees that looked great, so I agreed to the price. When he later sent photos from pickup at Becker Tree Farm, the trees were completely different—much less full and not the same quality. He then told me the original photo was just a stock image from Becker’s website that he sent me initially. That felt very misleading. I made my decision based on those photos, expecting trees of that quality, and what was actually provided didn’t match. I didn’t feel they were worth the agreed price. When discussing these frustrations with him over the phone, he said "Whatever, I'm done with you" and hung up the phone. I’d recommend asking for real photos of the exact trees before committing.
I went over this place and purchase a Christmas palm tree and had them installed for us! I couldn't say how happy we was with them! Great friendly owner and staff! My wife and I hired Palm City Tropicals to remove and replace some palm trees in our front yard. Spencer and Jayme were professional from start to finish. We had 5 old Cabbage palms removed and replaced them with some Christmas tree palms and Foxtail palms. There were no surprises along the way - they said and did everything that was agreed to and left our place looking great and neat. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
