In a time where most every product purchase or service is purely transactional at best, working with Debbie, the owner of Trees R US, was a pleasant surprise. After researching a dozen companies to supply, pant and care for our palms, we were so lucky to meet Debbie. Wow! Her knowledge of the various palm trees, how to care for them during the early planting period and longer term was top notch. Debbie’s communication and follow up throughout the entire process was by far the best experience we have had in any purchase. She didn’t delegate anything but rather gave us personal attention through the selection, buying, planting, aftercare and maintenance process. Everyone in the neighborhood has been complementary regarding the trees. They are just beautiful and really frame our house perfectly. We are now planning to purchase 6-8 more trees for our side yard. We certainly recommend anyone looking for palm trees to talk to Debbie. We can’t say enough about her exceptional customer service, personal care and fantastic team from the installers to the trimmers. We can’t thank you enough Debbie and the entire Trees R Us team!

Bought 3 Sylvester's. Ran into a snag with tree place due to irrigation pvc but their team adapted to fix the issues like rock stars. Great job!
