I drove to this location and walked into the office looking for landscaping rocks. A lady asked if I needed help, and I explained that I was looking to purchase rocks for my yard project. She told me to go outside and look at the selection, then come back for pricing. After I returned with the information, I was shocked to hear that the pricing was being quoted at $0.25 per individual rock, not by weight, ton, yard, or truckload like any normal landscaping supplier would do. I explained that I needed approximately 2.5 tons of rock for a yard project, not a small school craft project, but the response and attitude I received came across as dismissive and uninterested. The overall customer service experience felt very unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of assisting a serious customer, I was met with what felt like ignorance and poor communication. I ended up leaving and going to another business, “The Rock Yard,” where I received much better service, fair pricing, and had my order delivered the very next day.

Great people, very friendly and helpful. I ordered 4 pallets of sod over the phone and was given a $100 discount because of my senior age. The lady just offered it! Sod came the day it was scheduled bright and early. Delivery driver was great! Four weeks later and my sod looks fantastic!!

They are literally the friendliest people. I am only buying 2 pallets at a time and they treat me as if I were a contractor buying in bulk. Lynn, Cathy and Brooke along w the yard guys have been great! Only one issue, they wont help me lay the sod.....for free : )
