Terrible customer service. Woman said she didn't care when we asked questions. Hope it goes out of business. The lady was incredibly rude. No wonder this is her "job".

This company, is spot on. They care about the customer. I will continue to do business with them, as their service is better than most in the industry. This is a company with great American values. I spent a lot of time contacting distributors, before I found Waterscapes Nursery. I could not be happier with their service.

I had purchased from this company years before but lost their contact info and could not remember their name. While in the process of filling out the application for this "new" supplier I realized from the location that it was the same company. I called Vanessa back and she remembered me quickly. She had my company info on hand and updated in minutes saving me the time and hassle of resubmitting the info. I have spent very little with Waterscapes in the past but Vanessa treated me like the most important customer they had. My experience with Vanessa was excellent and I was treated with great respect both in the past and now. Thanks Vanessa!
