We visited Beltran today looking for some landscaping ideas. The employees that were working outside were so kind and helpful. But when we went to checkout the store manager was at the register. He was the exact opposite of what we experienced outside. Did not talk at all and was in such a rush to get us out the door. I normally don’t write bad reviews but I don’t appreciate the way he treated us after we spent huge $$$$$!
Went into their buisness multiple times purchased many things from them, I wanted to speak with the owner to get a service done for my lawn and the lady up front wouldn't even let me speak with him until I paid her $100 for a consultation fee. Despite us being previous customers we couldn't even have a conversation without paying her cash to speak with him. Beltrans just lost a few customers! Disappointed.
We love the design Scott did for us, very professional, on time, explained everything, didn’t break our budget, gave multiple options and ideas, I highly recommend them

Beltran's has quality and everyone is so helpful, especially Elizabeth, she really educated me and answered all my questions, l am just starting out with this hobby of plants and she made me feel confident and listened, this is definitely my go to place
