Purchased two rather expensive plants from this seller that arrived nearly dead. Notified shop and they refused to even acknowledge the issue. I would not recommend spending good money to buy from this shop as they do not stand behind their product.
Terrible experience. They sent me two plants infested with bugs and said they are good for the plants. Obviously the plants died. Initially, they did a partial refund for the cheaper plant but since they did not consider the bugs to be "pests," they did not provide a refund for the second plant. When I tried to contact them again about the plants declining, I found that they had blocked me. Definitely do not ignore the other reviews that warn if an issue happens to arise, they will not take any accountability at all. I have never recieved plants with bugs like that, it was very shocking to see a company with good reviews be so negligent and inconsiderate.

I LOVED everything?! First timer with really ordering plants online 😂 over 20 bucks. But nothing disappointed at all. The heat pack was a little cold when I got it at mid 3rd day shipping. But its mid winter, so ya know. Ya get it . But the packaging, the care! 10 out of 10. Literally one brown leaf. That's it. i will definitely be ordering again! im excited to see the retstock!!
