This is our go to place for anything yard related. They have so much to choose from and the employees are knowledgeable when you have questions. Has always been a pleasant experience.

I sure wish there was the ability to rate with ZERO stars- BUYER BEWARE!! I own a small, successful business in the area and the situation I encountered with the highly uneducated staff regarding the "pine fines" mulch, or lack thereof, being sold at this establishment was appalling! I was told a product I was being sold was pine fine mulch when it was in fact NOT. I am no dummy to this, so I even brought in samples from the previous REAL pine fines they sold me in the VERY RECENT past, and the black mulch sold to me AS PINE FINES this last horrendous visit, and the highly argumentative management there held her ground firmly. (What happened to "the customer always being right?!) This happened to the point to where I was even telling them repeatedly that I personally hand sift the material and that what they sold me was NOT PINE BARK FINES! Although I was refunded it was not without pushback, talk back, and aggressive, manipulative tactics. If you want to be gaslighted into believing the product labels there, then by all means go to RCG. But, if you're searching for customer service, go to Home Depot- they have stepped it up a notch GREATLY! I am so sorry RCG, but you lost my business and now so may others business, too. I hope you all come to grips with the mistakes you make and grow the knowledge base your staff lacks to run a garden center smoothly. Just look back at the reviews folks... speaks for themselves.

Drove from another town to explore their selection of climbing plants and was told “we don’t have much, you’re welcome to call back another day.” Store staff was also rude and claimed they’ve never heard of the plant I spoke about, yet I found it right outside in their courtyard. I also needed assistance loading the heavy pots and not a single worker was around other than in the merchandise store.

Rock City designed a landscape plan and a hardscape plan for my new home in Vero Beach. The designer is Juan who has a keen eye for plants which will accentuate the existing plants at our home. The high point of my experience was when Juan designed a paved patio for my back yard to be made from aged pavers which Rock City was removing from their premises. The design on paper was brought to reality by Ebbera (known as "Berra") Berra and his helper James created a patio that looks like it has been here for decades. To watch Berra cut and place pavers in an intricate design is akin to watching Michael Angelo carve the Pieta from Italian marble. The result is fantastic and a treasure which we will cherish as we live in this beautiful Vero Beach home. Thank you Rock City
