Great staff that go out of their way to help you. They have a lot of choices. From plants to rocks and top soil and Sod. Very knowledgeable and helpful

A little disappointed in the customer service today. Purchased 1/2 pallet of sod for $135 late yesterday.. Realized I needed a few more pieces for my project. I returned with the empty pallet for the deposit. And inquired about purchasing a few more pieces of sod. The nice gentlemen helping me load suggested I purchase the other half pallet as it would be less expensive. The lady at the counter said she had to charge me another $135 instead of the $189 for a full pallet. That made no good business sense. As two halves of the same pallet is a whole. And paying for two halves would have cost $270...smh Then after talking with the loader, I realized I originally was shorted pieces as I only recieved 78 instead of the 84 pieces that make up a half pallet. And as I drove out I realized they never paid me my wooden pallet deposit. So I had to return to have them credit me card. Not very satisfied with the customer service today....you better pay close attention to the games. But this was the first time in over 20 years of doing business with them.
