Staggs Nursery

We highly recommend Staggs Nursery! The customer service is phenomenal. The staff goes way above and beyond! The manager has been there for many many years and is amazing. The owner even took time out of his schedule to contact us by phone and let us know that the plants we were looking for were available. The quality of the plants are hands down the best of the best! We've been in the business for a very long time and I have never found plants this big, fat, gorgeous and healthy! 🙂🌷

I wish I could rate 0 for the poor customer service! These people don’t trust their customers and rather loose one than a dollar ! I have been 8 years in business and never had any issues with a company until now, this guy will argue over a dollar and prefers to loose a customer ! They don’t even offer warranty on their plants either, they lie ….

The owner of this Nursery Mac, is not very professional. We spent over $1500 in plants and a 12 foot queen, palm tree,. The cost of the palm tree included delivery and installation. While the workers were here, they strapped all the palms together with a very heavy cloth strap which the installer told me to take off three weeks later. After numerous tries of trying to do it myself, having my Landscape try I called Mac and hetold me to attach a very sharp knife to a pole saw and rip it with that iIt still cannot be ripped off the cloth that his installers wrapped.. Called him and explained to him the situation and all he wanted to do was charge me $75 to come down and rip the cloth off. I said to him, that your worker was the one that tied it up, and if it is unable to be tore down, that you should be responsible to come over and take it down. I will never visit them Nursery again and I’m spreading the word that the owner is very unprofessional. Make sure if you buy something there, it is put in writing.
