Very helpful until they received my 5K!! No help whatsoever after that. I have gone by with pictures of trees they put in that are turning brown..no help. I have called 2-3 times without a return call as well. I also went in for advice and got 2 different responses. Harry has not returned a call but did cash the check!!
I have been a loyal client over the years who has spent hundreds of dollars every season and refers people there often as well. However your customer service needs careful consideration. Addressing a client with an “okay bye” when they call to discuss a poor experience is not a way to run a business you want to succeed. Will take my patronage elsewhere. 💯

The verbal treatment was terrible on the part of two employees of this establishment: an employee (female) and her boss (female) today. They deserve zero stars, but I can't leave my complaint that way. I will never return.
Stumbled across this hidden gem!! All the plants and flowers were reasonably priced and gorgeous! We had help from one of the employees, Kelly, and she was very helpful in selecting the perfect plants for our home. Highly recommend and we will be back!! There’s also a sweet kitty to greet you while you shop which is always a plus :)!!
