Ok, to start, the only reason this gets 2 stars is because of Roger. He is great, he's willing to work with people, friendly, knowledgable, and I had a great first interaction with the nursery due to him. Now, the reason they only get 2 stars, Roger told me months ago, when I came in the first time, that he would give me wholesale prices as long as I had a list of what I wanted and didn't require help. Fast forward 6-8 months and unfortunately I didn't get Roger but instead Vicki. Vicki was emailing back and forth with me and didn't even take the time to read what I was saying. I put in an order and she emailed me back with the price. I told her Roger said I could have wholesale prices and she offered me 10% off with cash. I then reiterated Roger said I could have those prices and if I couldn't get those prices, to hold off on the order for now. All she said was, "I understand" At least respond to what I was saying... Anyways, due to her customer service, I will take my business somewhere else and when I start my own native landscaping business, I won't be coming back here. Sorry Roger.
