Watch out over there you can be ripped off easily. I spent almost 1000 us there in one month before I realized they were up charging me and mainly my wife on the pot sizes. They were selling me 3 gallon pot sizes at 5-7 gallon pot prices. Which in most cases doubled the cost of the plant. Once I realize and go up there with pots to get it figured out, I was told by the manager that's just how they get charged so that's how they charge. So I say let me get this right you are telling me the companies purposely selling plants in smaller pots to people but up charging because that's what you guys buy. He states to me that's just how they do business and offred me 1 free 17 us dollar plant and is glad I came to him straight up. I was confused but left quietly feeling beat and violated. Becarful spending your money over there because you can get ripped off easily with a smile.

A yard of garden soil for $45 and acres of perennials, annuals, shrubs and trees! Staff is very knowledgeable and very quick to help. A little far out for us but worth it!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Atlanta Growers. I placed a large landscaping order that included an American Elm tree required for my property inspection. Before purchase, Raymond was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate the service he provided. Unfortunately, the company delivered the wrong tree species (Winged Elm instead of American Elm), which caused me to fail my arborist inspection after already paying to have it planted. When I called, Raymond apologized and initially offered to correct the mistake. However, owner Moises De Santos later contacted me with a rude and dismissive attitude and tried to make me pay additional costs to plant and remove the wrong tree that their company delivered. Instead of taking accountability for the company’s mistake, he became argumentative and unprofessional. When the replacement tree was finally delivered, they simply left it dumped on the sidewalk without calling, texting, or notifying me. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and disrespectful customer service from ownership turned what should have been a simple fix into a stressful experience. I appreciate Raymond’s professionalism, but based on my experience with the owner, I would not return or recommend this business. We have replanted the new tree hoping this is the correct one, We will find out next week after the net Atlanta City Arborist Inspection.
