Disappointed in the poor customer service I received from an “owner” today. I spent over $120 on plants and potting services here recently. One of the plants didn’t seem to be doing well and too small for the pot it was in, so I brought it back today and bought a new, larger $40 plant to put in that pot. As I was working and in a hurry, I asked if the employee could transfer the new plant from the temporary pot to mine, which already had good soil I had paid for on the first visit. I was told there would be an additional $30 fee to transfer the plants. I have never been charged for something like this at a small, local nursery. Instead, I had to drive 30 minutes home and back to transfer the plant, which took all of five minutes. You lost a customer that is a novice when it comes to plants and just needed a little help.

We’ve been getting Christmas trees from Pike since the 1970s. It was always a Christmas tradition to go to Pike nursery and pick out our Christmas tree. I’ve been doing it with my own family now for 18 years. Best place ever!
This is my favorite Pike nursery in the area. They have the best selection of plants for indoor and outdoor. As with all the Pike nurseries, the price of things is pretty expensive, but it’s nice to shop local.
I really like this particular location for its selection of houseplants! I have a “mild” addiction and my last few visits here have me dreaming of what more I can add to my collection! The staff here are always friendly and helpful, too.
