The lovely owner of this business came to my home for a repotting session! She worked with me and even came out on a Saturday after I made a last minute request on a Sunday for Tuesday that she hadn’t seen (her days off are Sundays and mondays, everyone deserves time off). When I shot her a quick text on Monday evening asking for confirmation she literally responded within minutes, faster than I do to most texts even to my own employees or my own mother lol—no offense mom), and asked if I could have a quick call. Because I worked Wednesday-Friday and was concerned about my plant that has really important sentimental value to me, she agreed to come out to me on a Saturday (which I assume is one of her busiest days in store and she still came to my home for this). I hesitate to say “because…” because I really think she was just trying to work hard to find a time that worked for me, not just because it was a special plant, however I think she also appreciated and respected that too of course. Just to say she seems to be someone who really cares about people and the services she provides. Her repotting service is awesome. She brought the supplies, including the tarp, the specific soil needed, and all the tools needed. She is so fast! And she gave me advice on my bromefliad plant and succulents. She even generously offered to help put my aloe plant, still in its starter black plastic grower, in a pot outside of the plants we had discussed in our initial consultation. I haven’t been in to her physical location in Smyrna, however that is something I plan to do as soon as I have some time off after caring for my mom after her recent surgery. I’ll update my review to include my experience in store once I am able to go, however I am excited to support a local business and her shop looks so cute from her website and Instagram. I truly believe in the importance of leaving reviews to not only let other people know about a business, but to give others the knowledge needed to help make the choice on where to spend their hard earned money somewhere. Shana is a nice human being and a considerate business owner. Please support your local BLACK and WOMEN owned businesses, but especially her because she has proven to be a responsive and caring business owner. Unfortunately you can’t say that for everyone these days, and I’ve had some god awful experiences (luckily outliers), but her efforts haven’t gone unnoticed! The pictures are of plants she helped repot!

Small business, but with so much taste. For a plant for my boss, who loves flowers, I chose a beautiful peace lily. We love supporting small, quality businesses.
