Pike Nurseries

I have to say I have shopped in this same Pike Nursery on multiple occasions over multiple years. Last year our home was actually on the Christmas tour of Homes and I bought a plethora of merchandise which was delivered without incident. This year, however I had (along with my husband) the most unpleasant shopping experience. The inventory was good enough that we still left with just under $900 worth of merchandise. I had to find help and the young man that helped us is actually the only person that was pleasant. He did seem rather new and he seeked other employees to ask questions (which I find outstanding) except the person he asked was Andy. He was a complete smart alec to his co worker and to us. Earlier I had set several items down on a table near the checkout counter inside and waved my arms to several of the cashiers (one in particular nodded her head at me) and said please don’t move these things, I’m going to purchase them, but I’m going out to the landscape area to add to this. Less than 15 minutes later, I came back inside and they were gone. So I asked the same middle aged large framed female who nodded to me, where they were and she said I put them back. She made no effort to go get them for me. She was an incredibly rude and indifferent individual. When I checked out, I told the other cashier who watched all this, I can’t believe she did that! I did wave her down and asked her to leave the items there for me. I know all of you are hot and tired, but she should’ve at least offered to go get them and return them to me but she did not. The cashier gave me a blank stare as if she didn’t care and told me my total. I paid and I said thank you… she never said another word!!! I said thank you again and mumbled something like OK, it certainly wasn’t you’re welcome. It wasn’t no problem. It wasn’t have a good day. Nothing like that. No appreciation for just dropping $900 bucks. I do not like to write poor reviews but when they earn them they need them in order to improve. Good luck.

Had amazing customer service from Caroline. She was the only one on shift, was quite busy but she took the time to chat to us. She helped us pick a beautiful Tahitian Lime plant, and other soil related things. Very helpful and was very kind and encouraging in her approach. We were visiting from Australia and we're gifting this to my sister living in Atlanta who's a newbie to gardening. Absolutely loved our experience here and highly recommend for all beginner gardeners. Reach out to the staff here - they have very helpful advice and want you to do well 🧡

I decided to stop by Pike Nursery to look around and buy my very first plant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, and the two employees were engaged in a conversation that I had to interrupt just to ask where I could find the plant I was looking for. I went to the section on my own, and one employee briefly came over and said she would be right back to help me. I had several questions since I was a first-time plant buyer, but she never returned. After waiting and looking around, I eventually left without purchasing anything. As I walked out, no one acknowledged me or even said goodbye. As someone new to plant care, I was hoping for a more welcoming and helpful experience

I really like this Pike Nursery. The flowers and plants they sell are very healthy and of very reliable quality, and the staff are very friendly.

I had exceptional service, employees were polite and knowledgeable. They help me to choose my flowers for my garden. It’s so good to see great service. No doubt I will be back.
