About the Nursery

Native plant species nursery. Top products: Native trees, Native shrubs, Perennial flowering plants, Wildlife-friendly vegetation. The Native Plant Center operates as a specialized horticultural nursery dedicated to the propagation and sale of plant species indigenous to the local Georgia region. Their core mission focuses on ecological restoration and the promotion of sustainable landscaping practices, aiming to mitigate habitat loss for local wildlife, including birds, butterflies, and small mammals. By prioritizing plants that have adapted to local soil and climatic conditions over hundreds of years, the nursery enables homeowners and landscapers to reduce reliance on fertilizers, pesticides, and supplemental irrigation. Their inventory serves as a functional alternative to traditional ornamental plants, offering aesthetic value while simultaneously filtering groundwater runoff and supporting biodiversity. The business engages with a community of environmentally-conscious consumers and professional landscapers, providing resources and inventory updates to support the conversion of conventional lawn spaces into thriving, low-maintenance native ecosystems.

They actually have native plants. Trees and ornamentals, got myself 170 bucks worth of "butterfly food"

There's a huge selection of good healthy plants. I've signed up for the newsletter so I could receive a list of available plants and pricing but I haven't received an email yet.
