Amazing customer service. Fergus at the Woodstock store went above and beyond at closing time to help me find the perennial white salvia I wanted. I have always experienced incredible customer service at this store over the past 10 years. It is nice to see that the employees at Pike have a deep understanding of gardening in Georgia and a passion for sharing that knowledge and insight to help their customers.
I can’t say enough good things about Pike Nursery in Woodstock. About a month ago, I badly burned my finger with hot oil and drove there with my hand in a cup of ice because I knew aloe vera was the best thing to help. As soon as I asked for an aloe vera plant, a kind employee immediately helped me, found 2 beautiful plants, and even carried them to my car. His kindness and compassion made a stressful and painful day so much easier. The aloe vera plants truly became my little “lifesavers.” Thank you for going above and beyond with such outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Pike Nurseries. I’m just starting my first garden, and Mr. Fergus, along with the lovely lady assisting there, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to give me thoughtful advice and made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. Very friendly helpful staff. We had to buy replacement bushes for a stupid HOA rules. The staff was very helpful.
