Some of the best customer service I have experienced lately. Was able to order and they were delivered 2 days later from Hawaii! Amazing and the plants are very healthy! UPDATE: Over time the owner has become less and less helpful. I just contacted him and he said he would get back to me. Not answering my texts to let me know if he will sell certain orchids to me or not. It’s ok to tell people no.
Took a chance and ordered online. The plants were advertised as blooming size in a Community Pot and the plants I received are nowhere near blooming size. They were seedlings at least 1-3 years from flowering size. I asked the seller to substitute 2 plants since they were out of stock and instead I received nothing and was out $50. Do better.
Have bought several times from H&R. They are, by far, my favorite place to buy from. Excellent quality every time and fantastic prices. Helpful and knowledgeable. Ignore the 1☆ reviews. If you go to the website, it’s all explained there. And, yes, they can close their greenhouse. Even if you want to just buy 1 plant. To suggest they are not helpful makes me think those reviews are not honest reviews.
Placed is closed, mail order only. I don't know why is it so for them to just announce it here or update their yelp.
Wouldn't sell me an orchid unless I bought it and had it delivered through fed ex. My son literally wanted to buy 1 orchid from them. Should update site to say closed except online orders.
