I purchased a 50 dollar gift card as a bridal shower gift for my goddaughter on April 26th. They closed on May 5th. I cannot get anyone to call me back, respond to my emails. Fifty dollars is a lot of money to me and I've had to spend more money on a gift. In the past I've purchased many plants here and even took a macrame workshop. I'd like to get my 50 dollars back.
I have been to many plant places around Iowa and there is no other spot like art terrarium. No matter what plant I have brought in they have given me advice, never made me feel bad for not knowing what I'm talking about, and they have such a vast selection of plants in there that I almost always leave with something new. The staff is excellent, helpful, and so kind. Really and truly a one-of-a-kind spot here in Des Moines!
Plants were awesome! Pots were not overpriced, artists literally break their backs to make those. this business truly deserves support. all in all a good time.
I did the terrarium building class and had such a good time! Everyone is so nice, the shop is super cute and full of really cool plants and accessories. The sweet doggo definitely added points. I felt like the class was a really good deal too, I was able to choose between many items and my terrarium is packed full. Great place to grab something to add to your plant collection, a gift, or to do a class!
Love this store! Beautiful plants and they have recycled pots which I love!
