Made my yearly trip to get my mom Geraniums for Mother's Day. She just loves them. Colors are awesome, they last along time, the staff is always helpful. Laurie did a dynamite job today helping make our trip special.

Bought a tree 3 years ago. The tree had problems the first year with losing leaves, it was not doing well with being planted. We were asked by Southdale to wait and see if the tree could adapt. We honored their request. Summer 2019-2020 The next year 2020- 2021 the tree had dead branches on the top. Southdale came out and looked at the tree. They said we should trim out the dead branches, and asked us to give it more time, assured us they would honor the warranty if the tree needed to be replaced. This spring 2022 most of the tree was dead. We went to get a replacement, selected the tree went to pickup today. They would not honor the warranty as promised. They have lost a good customer who purchases a lot of trees and plants and was patient with them and honored their requests to give the tree more time.. Just bought a nice tree at a different nursery.

Large variety and great quality plants. Wish there was more customer service and help. All the plants I purchased survived and are thriving. They have trees, bushes, flowers, produce, etc.

They have fantastic quality of plants and a wide variety. It was my go-to for plants. Unfortunately I have called twice to do a phone order and have had no luck getting someone to fill my order. I am very disappointed since I live in a other state now. Not sure where to go to now for purchasing gifts for family.
