I would never use this place again. Way overpriced, very rude owner, didn't even make certain that the entire root ball was buried on the trees, dropped trees down and almost broke the fence behind it, tore up my driveway, and tore up my yard. Trees are warranted but he doesn't want to come back to check and makes smart alec comments. Stay away from them!!!
Buyer Beware! We were charged $1605 by Brett to plant a badly damaged tree that only got worse until it collapsed across our driveway. Brett had cleverly planted it with the damage facing the neighbor's yard. After two year of trying to get Hoss Tree Farm to honor its repeated promises to replace the "guaranteed" tree, they've dodged their obligation at every turn. This outfit is nothing but lies and theft. Run, don't walk from this scam.
Brett was very accommodating and made this process easy. Would highly recommend.
Zero stars. Almost 3 years ago Brett planted 3 trees for us. All had problems immediately. The Bald Cypress did not survive the season, nor did one of the three trunks of the River Birch clump he planted. The top of the London plain has struggled to produce leaves over the last three years. Calls to Brett went unreturned, or when we got him or his wife on the phone, promises were repeatedly made and broken. We are sick of this company's complete lack of honor and commitment to its customers. As others have said, believe the negative reviews and stay away. This company will sell you non-viable trees and then ignore you when you call and tell them to replace them. After 3 years of trying continuously to get Brett to remove the dead trees and plant new ones we have to now replace them ourselves.
