If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited to purchase some large cobbles after hearing positive reviews about the business. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cobbles I wanted were surrounded by large puddles and mud, making them inaccessible without appropriate footwear. When I asked for assistance, I was told, "My manager said come back another time; our guys won't be able to help you." Really? I understand that weather and site conditions can be challenging, but customer service should not be. A simple effort to assist or offer an alternative solution would have gone a long way. Because of the poor customer service and unwillingness to help a paying customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
