Very bad customer service. 8 trees 3 are dying and one is already dead. On the call with the manager however he didn't explain the refund procedure and said they can do delivery for the replacement until we drove 100 miles to the shop we were told we would need to bring in dead tree to do the placement plus only give half of the tree credit. Doesn't make sense I drove 100 mile round trip the has cost was more than the tree.
Great nursery! We have been here multiple times, both for trees and for perennials—they have a huge inventory and good prices.

The mgr said there was a 0ne year guarantee on their trees and plants BUT failed to mention returns are 50% discount not full replacement !! Awful customer service wouldn’t buy another tree or plant from them. The owner is there always but pretends he is part of the help, so as not to warranty anything. Very disappointing! Go to Home Depot or Costco and get your plants & trees with a full I year guarantee and refund or replacement No matter what.
