The owner and his daughter (in-law?) were so nice (t’is the season so I’d like to say jolly). They had a cute little gift shop, kids work shops, cider and hot chocolate available. The owners trimmed our tree to our specifications, it’s still healthy and going strong 30+ days!
Mark was so kind, helped me get a tree after closing today (and free because it’s the end of sales on Christmas eve) I’m very grateful, I’ve had so much on my plate I hadn’t been able to get here sooner. So grateful for the kindness and generosity.
Cutest little place ever! EXTREMELY affordable. Such friendly people. Buddy, the dog was dressed in a santa outfit & kept my son company during our visit. My son was asking for another tree and the gentleman working was going to give us another one just for my kiddo, but sadly we didn’t know where we would put it. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! The older gentleman who was working was the sweetest; greeted us when we arrived & picked us the most beautiful tree. We will be coming back every year to start our own tradition, ourselves. Thank you for such an amazing visit. (My son insisted we take a picture of him & Buddy)
We returned to Valley View this year after purchasing a tree late last year. Their farm was STOCKED with incredible choices and the owners guided us and made sure it was safely attached to the car for our drive. They have some incredible additions to the farm this year - homemade hot cocoa, not some powdered swill in a percolator, this was some of the best hot cocoa I’ve ever tasted (perfect for the cold winter day) and the pièce de résistance, FUNNEL CAKE CHEESE CURDS. I didn’t know these were a thing, but trust me - 11/10. So we had a nice sweet treat at the Snack Shack before departure. Love supporting this family business that has made picking out the perfect tree its mission.
We simply cannot say enough about the new ownership at Valley View Farm. We loved going there and talking with the previous owners who were always kind and helpful. We were a bit skeptical of new ownership wondering what the prices would be and if the trees would be as fresh. Valley View Farms 2025 did not disappoint us in any way. In fact they went above and beyond our expectations. Anyone who loves picking out a real Christmas tree should visit Valley View. The staff is helpful, friendly, prices are reasonable and best of all the Christmas Spirit is alive and well in this small town business.
