Lost me as a customer. Ive spent loads in the store over the years just to be called a liar and sent away. Purchased a water pump. 60 bucks. Wasn't the one I needed. It never touched water and was never plugged in. Still in the box and the employee said it had been used. Popped it open and found out it hadn't been used then still wouldn't let me exchange it for store credit. Said the business couldn't survive if they took stuff back. I was gonna spend that 60 and about 150 more but after being treated like that or like they are the only place around they arent. Got treated much better in east peoria. Bought tents, lights, tons of grow medium, nutrients, ac infinity high output fan and ac infinity filters. Countless other stuff. He could put it right back on the shelf for someone else to buy and still get the money back plus some. As I was walking he was still trying to sell me stuff. Never again. Been going there since it opened and over 60 bux they were fine with losing a loyal customer.
