If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for 5 emerald green arborvitaes about 3 weeks ago and about 2 weeks ago I decided I wanted to add 5 more and I called and left a voicemail requesting someone to call me back to update my order. Today, I get my first receipt (stated we’d get a receipt when the 5 were dug up) and I called the number on the receipt and the guy who answered the phone goes “watch this” and starts mocking a disabled person speaking and hangs up on me. I call back again and same show. I then state how I purchased trees and would like to speak with someone and then all of a sudden his voice changes (as he realizes it’s not a spam caller) and changes his act. He says he’ll call me back. Instantly I get a new phone call from “someone else” who claims his son or grandson answered his phone and “what do I want” and I’m trying to explain I’d like more trees and WANTED TO GIVE HIM MORE BUSINESS and he kept cutting me off saying he’s busy and told me to just cancel my order and place a new one and I’m trying to explain about how we’re just wanting to add more trees but he truly wouldn’t let me talk. I’ve never ever been treated so badly on the phone. I don’t trust he’s so right by me if the trees were to die. I cancelled my order and paying $140 per tree at Sullivans. Do not do business here.

Do not use them. We purchased a Japanese maple from them at top dollar in addition to a $138 travel expense. The tree was being watered twice a day for around 30 minutes a each (Sprinkler System) and died within a week. I reached out to ask to get it replaced, they want to charge me another $138 travel fee and 33% of the cost of the tree\install to replace it. Ripoff artist's. They clearly have no respect or confidence in their own work. Stay away!
