(Zero Star’s) I have worked with many nursery’s all over Southern Indiana. We have shopped local to support local. Today was a different story. We stopped in and walked the nursery. I had to go in to ask about some bushes we were interested in and wanted to see if they had more or were getting more. The two women working the register were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were more concerned about cutting cardboard and making faces and gossiping. I finally got one’s attention as the other continued to talk over me and I was just asking for help. She told me she couldn’t help me and the other gave me a weird look as I was disrupting their gossip time. The prices were a bit high, but we wanted to support local. If you pride yourself in the quality in what you carry. Where is the quality customer services? We put back what we already picked and the list of everything we needed back. We already had several thousand dollars worth of things and needed help with the rest. We went to support different a local nursery that deserved the business. If you aren’t here for the customer and you didn’t know we were going to spend $7-$12k. Act better. Be better. Do better. No response needed. You said enough today with your employees actions.
