The environment is so lovely and staff are always very helpful. Most of the plants and seeds I've bought and grew from here are still in wonderful shape. I also love how passionate and excited the employees are share care tips with you when asked!

I've been keeping plants and gardening for 30+ years. I worked in several garden centers/greenhouses. This shop is cute, trendy and very overpriced. There's a weird vibe like the plants are precious accessory objects to interior design rather than living organisms that need sunlight and fresh air.

Was greeted by friendly people at first willing to help but when came time to pay prompting that area were rude and instead of saying I’ll be with you shortly, they all walked away without saying anything. I said excuse me and they walked faster as if they didn’t hear me. Finally after I raised my voice to yell level one stopped and said he was helping someone else and would be back.

We traveled almost 3 hours to visit Indy. Visiting a plant store was on my to do list. We stopped at a Warhammer store and the guy who worked there was so super nice and friendly. The plant store was cute but I didn’t feel 100% welcome. There was no greeting with a smile or “is there anything your looking for?”A little friendly banter goes a long way.
