Wide variety of anything you could possibly want , very knowledgeable staff and helpful , Beth was awesome in helping me choose my Japanese Maple , the staff helped me load and secure in my truck , highly recommend ! Thank you !
The place has a lot of plants. It is a little chaotic though and I wish they out all their sale plants together. I just feel like people don’t completely know what’s going on. They ring plants under other plants (I had a black pot and they said it had to be rang up as orange/white) and when you ask for help they really don’t help. I asked for a plant that was non toxic that likes shade and moist soil and they only gave me plants that were toxic. When I expressed they were toxic they said how were they supposed to know and then both workers walked away from me without helping me anymore. They also kept trying to correct me when I was talking about plants. I have an educational background in botany, so I was kindof offended by this. I would have given a 1 if the selection wasn’t as good as it was. It is very expensive here though. I’d rather got to Varners or Vike though in Niles. Staff there is at least nicer.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful even with our indecisiveness. Purchased a large tree and their installation crew were just an extension of the store. Did a great job and were very respectful and thoughtful of our property during planting. Highly recommend!
