Last spring I received my purchase of mini gerber daisies that were supposed to come back seasonally. Next Spring came around nothing bloomed. I called the company, the rep told me it was early yet and they will come back. Well, I waited. Mid to early summer no flowers. I called back. The response was, oh it’s to late now to much time has passed and we can not replace! They should have replaced them on the spot when I told them they weren’t coming up! 3 stars only because The flowers were so beautiful when they were Blooming. definitely not good customer service.

Trying to find more info on the bulbs I purchased from QVC. A little disappointed when it comes without the instructions. These are not cheap to purchase so I’m trying to do exactly as you hsve suggested.

Most expensive plant I’ve fallen for with the huge disappointment! Glow in the dark petunia, bust! I had such high hopes!

They really should have a 0-stars category for this place. Received a bulb as a gift from a dear neighbor. Immediately planted the bulb and it just shriveled up and died w/o even sprouting. Attempted to get a replacement after 30 days and their Customer Disservice group wore me out with all kinds of questions and requests for additional info (which I didn’t have and could not get). Clearly, they sent her a dead, dried-out bulb. Every time I see her she excitedly asks me how my flower is doing - and I have to lie and say ‘great’. How pathetic…
