I needed some river rock and I was given the price of $75.00 for a half ton of the rock I wanted and decided to do it. I went and got loaded up and when I went back inside to pay I was told the total would be $120.00. I was a little surprised since that’s a big difference and I made sure the price before I had them load me up. I was told by the cashier that they gave me more than a half ton and they can’t get it exact even though it tells him the weight that’s in the bucket when he scoops it up. I do understand they can’t get it exact and it being a little over or under happens, but maybe a 5 to 10 dollar difference in price would seem more reasonable and I would not be upset about that, but to overload it that much and then just expect me to pay for it without mentioning to me first about the price difference seems a little unfair to me. I was told by the girl at the register I could scoop some out of my truck if I wanted, but it’s not my fault they put way more in there than what I told them I wanted and why couldn’t they just scoop some out before dumping it in my truck if he knew they were over weight. I have got rock from other places and usually it’s by the yard and if they tell you the price it doesn’t magically change when you go inside to pay even though they probably gave you a little more than a yard or whatever you bought. I feel he could have maybe dumped it out and took a smaller scoop to get it closer to a half ton which is all I needed or yelled out his window at me and said it’s over and it will be another 40 dollars or whatever and let me decide if that’s ok or if I want some taken out. I think they should do like other places and one scoop is a half ton and two scoops is a ton and that’s it, no price changing when you go to pay because they couldn’t get the weight right which isn’t the customers fault.

Order a load of black dirt 2 weeks ago. Was told early morning delivery. 1pm and I'm still waiting for my dirt. Called them twice, first time was told would be here by 1pm second time I called was told they were on there way. I was ready to buy multiple things from this company but due to their miss management I will not be doing business with them anymore .
