I want to say I am impressed with Doyles. I gave them 3 stars because I wasn't sure if my plants were thriving and said I would wait and see. They took it upon themselves to just automatically send me new plants without asking. Wow! That is amazing! I will definitely be buying from them again. Nice job Doyles!
I ordered 3 and they came teeeny tiny greenhouse softened plants I put them out them and covered them every cool night with frost protection blanket to protect from getting to cold and still they all died back to the ground I’m wait to see off any new growth will come I water them 3-4 times a week and with the mulch the soil never has become dry I had high hopes with all the hype in his advertising but if he wants to give people a good blackberry he needs to put a lot more effort in and send hardy plants
Horrible customer service. They warranty their plants, but good luck getting anyone to answer the emails or phone when you have issues.
Never shipped finally got a hold of them. They sent another order out ,then changed shipping back to them. I am now trying to get money back from them. Don't order from these ppl
After many months, I finally got a 2 inch blackberry plant. It had dying leaves and arrived with no packaging and had fallen out of the plastic with soil everywhere. The remaining plant leaves died after a few days (got water, shade, and high quality soil). I ended up buying a blackberry plant from Lowes and it’s already a healthy size. Sent messages via their website and no one is replying. If you read the comments on their Facebook ad for blackberries, this is happening to like half the people who ordered, the other half still haven’t gotten their order.
