They sold the tree i had purchased and charged me for it twice. 2 stars because they sort of tried to make it right. I went in asking about a specific location in my yard to meet our needs with pictures from every angle and was recommended a dogwood. They sold me a pink dogwood with the full delivery fee and installation plus warranty. I was told there was a 3 week wait and 811 had to come out. The girl was new and took down my number and had someone higher up come and verify that she did all the paperwork and computer input correctly. This purchase was over $500. 2 days short of 3 weeks I still had not heard from the company so I called. they had no number on file for me somehow. They notified 811 that day and said they would move me to the top of the list as soon as 811 was complete. Cool. 811 was out the next day. I called to let them know 811 was finished (not taking any chances at this point) the lady said they would call me later to set up the delivery and install. Not 10 minutes later the lady calls me back to let me know they had sold my tree to someone else. They offered me a stellar pink dogwood at no extra charge to make up for it. I asked to come in to view the product before approving that swap. A new pink dogwood was going to take a week to get and I wouldnt have seen that tree either. They agreed I could come in the next day. Boy am I glad I did not agree to purchase that tree. Throughout the course of the evening I decided to dig in and do more research. Some of the reviews state that you dont get a copy of the warranty you signed until the tree is install. This seems to be true because I didnt have one. And people say the fine print says you will still have to pay the delivery and install fee again if the tree dies even if you purchased the warranty. For us that would be $265! I also researched the tree itself. Apparently dogwood are supposed to be morning sun and the rest of the day partial shade. The location we needed a tree for did not fit this description. Remember I showed them 4 detailed pictures from every angle of the location. When I went in the following day I immediately asked if this was the right tree for this location and again showed the pictures. I was told the tree would do okay but not bloom as well. I asked if it would still be covered under warranty in that location. Other reviews stated that this company did not honor warranties for locations they deemed unfit for the plant. Her response: I would pick a different tree. I immediately asked to cancel my purchase and receive a refund. I checked my account on the way out the door and had been charged an additional amount over $500. I had to go back in and have them refund me twice. Thank goodness I had enough to not be overdraft. They were very apologetic. They did try and bump me up the list. They did offer me a more expensive tree. And they did refund me. But that is a WHOLE LOT of mess ups for one transaction and one tree. I would take my business elsewhere.

I stopped in today and bought some shrubs for my business. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The owner and staff took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Thanks!

We had one of our inexperienced laborers. Come to your facility to get Sod which your employees unrolled and put it on top of plastic and the Sod that you sold one of my employees was absolute garbage. It was all waterlog and rotted. And then you charged a $115. Restocking fee on your material that was absolute garbage. We will never use you again and being in business ourselves. We have turned away anybody that we were sending to your company. This is completely unacceptable when you sold a inexperienced.
