Very much overpriced at 100.00. Got the same tree at Lowe’s for 65.00
David and his team were awesome! We hired another company from Franklin ky to plant 15 trees a year and a half ago and half of them died. The company wouldn't replace them. Told us it's our loss. We then called lovers lane tree farm and they were super helpful in explaining how all the trees will grow, what recommendations they have and even telling us not to get a couple certain trees that we wanted due to the higher chance of them breaking from wind in the future. We ended up buying 60+ trees for them for our ranch in Auburn. They came out and planted them in Feb. Of 2023. Crew was polite and didn't leave a mess behind. They came back and adjusted a couple trees that we asked about and then came out this spring to replace 3 that had died. I would 100 percent recommend David and his company! We will use him again for future projects.
We bought a holly tree from them for Christmas which was outstanding quality and is growing nicely outdoors. Lack of hours and a “call for appointment” seems a little strange to me for a tree farm, but okay. What’s lack of customer service earning this review is that they had a sign posted outside the gate saying “big tree sale today” which would signal to me that they are open and staff for the public to wander in without necessarily an appointment. I drove in and stopped where we bought the holly tree for Christmas. No one there. Drove further on to the property thinking someone might be back there where the potted plants were, working. Saw three different people and no one said anything, no one approached me to see if they could help or let me know times, nothing. What’s the point of leaving a sign out on the wrong trying to drum up business if no ones there? I see that I drove there around 6pm and Google says they have hours until 4pm on a Friday (never knew that based on the signage at the property) but if they are closed, why leave a sign out there? Am I supposed to call to get a same day appointment when your sign encouraged me to stop as I was driving by??!? Confusing messages. Maybe they just want landscapers or something but doesn’t seem like a good way to get rid of product…
We bought three maples from Lovers Lane Tree Farm last winter. They are beautiful and were planted well. One of the trees started to die and lost most of its leaves. I called Lovers Lane Tree Farm and they replaced the tree and planted it. They were very generous in providing a replacement tree. Thank you!
