Been here a couple of times for plants and accessories. Very similar to Frank Otte but smaller. High quality selection and lots of variety. You'll be hard pressed to find any plants that are wilting. Employees are very courteous and recently while I was there, I was shopping well past closing time. They didn't say anything to me because they wanted me to be able to finish finding what I wanted. That's very rare. This will definitely be my new place for garden supplies.

Very good selection of perennials, annuals, and shrubs. They have houseplants and tropical as well. Plants are very healthy looking. I really need to check into a plant addict rehab or something, anyway thus place is great. Only bought 3 plants, cause im.already over my budget for the week. Enablers is what they are, but ill be back.

Very good quality plants, ample parking and helpful staff.

First, too expensive for quality. They DO NOT accept returns of any kind. I bought three expensive party balloon bulbs here for $30 and when they came up they were not what I planted. It was a bait and switch! They refused to give my money back even after they saw the pictures of the plants. Zero customer service. The customer is always wrong here. I’m so angry. In response to the owner’s response below. It’s all a lie. Those are NOT party balloons and they know it. I can tell the difference. These are small and different petals. My credit card will take care of it. These guys obviously don’t know the difference between alliums. There is a big problem difference between 8 inch blooms and two inches. Wrong allium. Also, my professional gardener also verified they are not party balloons allliums. 2nd response after their response. Again, they are lying. They could not tell the size of the allium by the picture. They barely looked at the picture and no I didn’t yell at anyone. In addition, they were sarcastic and condescending in the way they talked to me, so that’s the reason why I was upset. They didn’t have to treat me this way in order to try to avoid refunding my money.

Rude and dismissive. I was looking for something specific and when I made eye contact with the first associate she turned and walked away. I couldn't find anyone else outside so I asked inside and was told to ask outside. I said I couldn't find anyone. No attempt was made to use the walkie-talkie system to find someone for me. Note that it was NOT busy; I only saw one other customer. Take your business to Hess Landscaping; they couldn't be more friendly and helpful.
