Was charmed by Neomarica caerulea Regina (walking Iris, apostle plant) on a vacation. They do not grow in our zone, and no local nurseries had them. Found Flower Pot Nursery looking for this specific iris. Their price was better than others, and reviews were good, so I gave it a shot. The Iris arrived quickly, and it arrived intact and healthy, thanks to an outstanding packing job! It was very clear to me that it was packed with great care, and packed by hand. Above and beyond! Really looking forward to enjoying its blooms! I really appreciate their care and would like for others to share in it!

Last year, the Flower Pot Nursery sold me two 1gal plants on eBay, advertised as silverberry (Elaeagnus commutata). When the plants arrived (in very good condition and well-packed), it was clear these were not E. commutata but some other species. I contacted them and explained the situation, and they insisted they were indeed E. commutata. I told them that if somehow they were, then they would easily overwinter at my Zone 5 location and that I would follow up with them in the spring. Well it’s spring, and the claimed E. commutate never dropped their leaves, and at some point died during our historically mild winter. We all make mistakes, and I asked for nothing more than for the Flower Pot Nursery to acknowledge theirs’ and refund my purchase price. I contacted them several days ago explaining the situation and, like before, asked them to acknowledge their error and provide a refund. I’ve heard nothing. Not an ethical or trustworthy seller.

I couldn’t find two 4” pots of Peace Lilies anywhere locally. I needed one to replace a peace Lily that had died after 24 years, which was given to me by my vet when my favorite cat passed, and one to replace one I’d been given by my family when my Dad passed the same week. Both arrived in identical planters on the same day 24 years ago. It meant a lot to find these online from the Flower Pot Nursery to replace them. They arrived in beautiful condition. Thank you so much.

We ordered a Swiss cheese plant for a gift from Amazon, this nursery is who shipped our plant. Then plant was packaged poorly, it was thrown in my mailbox and the soil came out and was all over the place. The leaves were all wilted and dried, there was a stem barely hanging on. I reached out to The Flower pot since they put their card in our package. I got a response saying it's just stressed try this and check in with us i a week. I sent pics of how it arrived, how it was a week later when we contacted them and how it was in another week later. My final response from them was atrocious. I was accused of "Feedback Extorsion" In my first email I sent them the name and address of my boyfriend and my address. They claimed to have no record, they shipped it! I wouldn't buy anything from this nursery. There will soon be an amazon review hoping to prevent this event from happening to anyone else.
