i ordered 3 plants of Olive tea tree (Osmanthus fragrance) orange blossom type from them via Etsy. 1 gallon size, $39, among various sizes this type is of the best price /value ratio, the plant is a quite a few years old, passed the initial most vulnerable phase of those starters(the starters i ordered from elsewhere were not much cheaper but much smaller, takes 3-4 years to grow to this 1 gallon pot size) , the root ball is well established, ready for repotting. The plant is healthy. The packaging is very thoughtful. well sealed pot/plant/soil complex, using 2 landscape pins securely pinned the complex onto the shipping box so that even the shipping box is put upside down, the plant would still be well positioned inside and would not be crushed. The shipping speed is fast--order placed on Sunday plants arrived on the coming Thursday pm. the email tracking notification is very detailed and prompt along the process. you can feel the effort they put into their product.

Did an online order for a birthday gift, paid 20$ for shipping and they sent it out late. Accused me of making a fake review but here I am making a real one for them. Sent out late, with extreme pricing on shipping, with horrible customer service who called me a liar. I wouldn't order or purchase anything from these people, Bret Broussard himself insulted me and I think that's reprehensible.
