I had an issue with some loam that was purchased here by a landscaping company I have been using, however, Charles and his son Chuck came out to meet me at my property to find a resolution. Not only did we come to that but they went above and beyond to make it right. They not only gave me the most professional level of landscaping but also taught me a lot about the property layout and gave recommendations to some of my current plants and future ideas for more. My husband and I are both highly impressed but also very grateful for what they did. This company stands true to caring deeply for the quality of what they sell and customer service. I called to order a product that I need and the lady who answered did not want to answer my question and in a very rude manner told me to go see the store if I wanted something. I have 3 girls and I have to take one of the girls to dialysis 3 times a week, which is why I wanted to order some stones by phone since it is easier for me due to my situation.
